Quick Review

My rating: 2 of 5 stars

What's not to like? Pretenders, plots, peculation, murder -- it is no easy thing, founding a barely legitimate dynasty, but it is great good fun to read about, at least as written by Thomas Penn. Finally the popular history of the king who made the Tudors. Well researched, well written, and well worth a read.
